Description
Production of precast concrete items with magnetic fixation requires steel trays, shuttering magnetic boxes, and boards (steel, wood, plywood, or plastic).
Shuttering magnetic box consists of a magnetic block, a mounting system, and an adapter.
The tray is marked according to the dimension of the workpiece; then boards are set and pressed by shuttering magnets. Armature is mounted, and the work area is concreted. After cure the shuttering magnetic box is removed, and the workpiece is taken away by a crane.
To set a shuttering magnetic box, hook the board and pull down the lever. Magnetic block is safely pulled to the tray.
To remove the shuttering magnetic box, pull the lever backward.
Magnetic technology helps you to create apertures and void without welding. It is obviously essential when welding is impossible: in cassettes or on automatic lines with moving pallets.
Magnetic technology is useful in small-lot production when manufacture of special forms is unprofitable.
